Post-warranty repairs

The manufacturer shall ensure to receive the faulty device from the user. The device will be repaired within 6 business days, otherwise the user will be contacted and will be offered a rental device during the time needed for repair. The manufacturer may charge a flat fee according to the current pricelist and shipping costs touching the service device.

By providing a replacement device

Instead of a faulty device, the user has a manufacturer’s service device during the time needed for repair. The manufacturer will deliver the service device within 2 business days, then the faulty device will take over. After returning the repaired device to the user, the manufacturer will take back the service device. The manufacturer may charge a flat fee according to the current pricelist and shipping costs for the service device. Freight forwarding is usually used as an express delivery service ordered by the manufacturer and paid by the user. The shipping can be arranged in another way according to agreement with the user.
The condition of compliance with these terms is the user registration at the manufacturer (the card, which is part of the package, is filled in and sent to the manufacturer). All work is calculated at an hourly rate according to the current price list. The material used is calculated separately.
